About Lui Fernandes
Hi there, I’m Lui Fernandes – a bartender, restaurant owner, and YouTuber. Together with my family, I co-own and operate Labaredas Brazilian BBQ & Bar, a modern Brazilian restaurant and cocktail bar located in Marlborough, MA.
My passion for bartending and creating unique cocktail experiences has led me to start my own self-titled YouTube channel, and then to expand into my TikTok & Instagram Pages. Through my channels & pages, I share my knowledge and expertise on bartending, spirits, and how to make delicious drinks. Additionally, I offer behind-the-scenes looks into the daily operations of my own establishment and share insights into what it’s like to own and operate a restaurant. I also post a lot of those videos and blog posts right here on my own website.
With over a decade of experience in the hospitality industry, I have worked in almost every role in a restaurant, from hosting to salad cook to bar manager. This has given me a deep understanding of the inner workings of the industry, and I am committed to delivering a world-class dining experience to my patrons.
Growing up in a family that owned and operated restaurants, I developed a passion for the hospitality industry at a young age. I learned the importance of hard work, dedication, and attention to detail, which I now apply to my own ventures. I am committed to providing exceptional service and creating an inviting atmosphere where customers can enjoy great food and drink with their loved ones.
When I’m not running my restaurant or creating content for my YouTube channel, I enjoy spending time with my family and exploring new food and drink experiences. With my expertise and passion for the industry, I am confident that I can provide a memorable dining experience for anyone who visits my restaurant or watches my channel.
